My Career
Passionate about my job, I have been working for over 18 years. I have now established my kitchens in a haven of peace, in Kabana, far from the hustle and bustle of the big cities.
A chef with an atypical background, I learned the trade as a self-taught person. Through hard work, willpower and a touch of madness, I was able to achieve my childhood dream: to become a culinary artisan. It is with stars in my eyes that I get up every morning to practice.
In love with the Brazilian Northeast and its land, it is with the idea of highlighting the products of the sea that I specialized in the cooking of fish, shellfish and seafood.
Today, I continue to explore all the potential of western gastronomy with Brazilian influences in order to offer you a true gustatory journey.
My inspirations
The land
The exceptional landscapes of the Northeast order all my thinking and creative processes. The white sand deserts, the dunes, the lagoons, the swell of the waves and the melody of the buggies on the beaches are all in my head.
The émotions
Each encounter is unique and may be the source of new inspirations. I like to perceive the underlying meaning of the stories and then associate new flavors to them. I want to know if you dare to dream in order to meet what your sensitivity delights in. As a true free spirit, I approach cooking through an emotional prism in search of the delicate connections that link each product together.
