General conditions of sale

INCLUDED SERVICES

Breakfast is included and served daily from 7am to 10am.

The suites and the Villa are cleaned daily.

Free wifi in the entire establishment.

Free private parking is available upon request.

No cribs or cots are available for children under 3 years old.

The transfer by private shuttle is not included in the price of the stay.

DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL CONDITIONS

Arrival from 2pm.

Departure until 12 noon.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

Values are expressed in local Brazilian currency (BRL).

5% Iss value inserted in the rates.

The reservation confirmation deposit is equivalent to 50% of the value of the stay per night and per accommodation. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.

RESERVATION POLICY FOR CHILDREN

Free stay for children under five years old provided they stay in a room with an adult.

In the event that two children under the age of five stay in the same room, the first child will be considered an adult and the second child's stay will be free.

In accordance with Article 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is the policy of the hotel to require the presentation of documents of all minors considered at check-in. "From art. 82 - The accommodation of children or adolescents in a hotel, motel, boarding house or establishment is prohibited unless authorized or accompanied by parents or guardians"

CHANGE OF STAY POLICY

In case of a change of reservation dates, Kabana will not refund the amount deposited on your current account. The amount will be credited in the form of a credit note, valid for all accommodations and valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of the change request.

The request to change a reservation will be subject to confirmation by the reservation department.

Changes will be authorized only if they are requested 15 days before the arrival date of the guests (check-in).

After this period, it will be considered as 'NO SHOW'. You will be charged the full value of your stay.

For special dates such as New Year's Eve, Carnival and long vacations, the date of change will be subject to confirmation with 30 days notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date will not be charged.

For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date: the entire deposit will be charged. This is equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your stay.

For cancellations made less than 15 days before the date of arrival or "no show": the full amount of your stay will be charged.

CANCELLATION OF STAYS, SPECIAL OFFERS AND GROUPS:

For cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date: the entire deposit will be charged. This is equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your stay.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before the date of arrival or "no show": the entire value of your stay will be charged.

NEW YEAR'S CONFIRMATION POLICY:

The reservation confirmation deposit is equivalent to 50% of the value of the stay per night and per accommodation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before your arrival.

NEW YEAR CANCELLATION POLICY :

Cancellation up to 90 days before check-in: full refund of the deposit.

Cancellation up to 60 days before check-in: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations within 30 days before arrival: the entire deposit will be cashed.

CHRISTMAS

CHRISTMAS CONFIRMATION POLICY:

The reservation confirmation deposit is equivalent to 50% of the value of the stay per night and per accommodation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before your arrival.
